Leasing Manager

ROS Retail Outlet Shopping , headquartered in Vienna, is one of Europe’s leading outlet operators. Since 2024, we are part of the Paris-listed FREY Group, managing 19 premium outlet destinations across 9 European countries. With strong growth and innovation ahead, we are now looking for a motivated Leasing Manager Germany (f/m/x) to strengthen our team.

LEASING MANAGER GERMANY (F/M/X)

YOUR ROLE

As Leasing Manager, you will take responsibility for leasing activities in one or more outlet villages in Germany, working closely with the Head of Leasing, Leasing Director and local Centre Managers.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies tailored to local markets and international retail trends
• Identify and acquire national and international brand partners in the premium, fashion, sports, home & lifestyle sectors
• Build and maintain long-term brand relationships and leverage your network in the region
• Manage and update leasing plans, preparing progress reports and presentations for investors
• Collaborate with architects, lawyers and centre management teams throughout the leasing process

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven leasing experience in shopping centre management, real estate or retail expansion
• Strong network of contacts with fashion, sports and lifestyle brands in Germany and International
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a “hands‑on” and solution‑driven mentality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• You are fluent in German and you have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; further language skills would be an advantage
• Organised, communicative, a true team player with entrepreneurial spirit
