As we continue to expand our project portfolio in Elements Green Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a Legal Assistant (m/f/d) in full- or part-time to support our projects across the full lifecycle—from development and construction to operation.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities Support the preparation, review and management of project contracts, including land lease agreements, EPC, supply and service agreements Maintain and organize contract documentation and legal records Track contractual deadlines, notices and documentation requirements Supporting the London HQ and other international locations of Elements Green in contractual matters and involvement in global project development processes Manage the corporate governance and administration of project companies (SPVs), including drafting resolutions and managing commercial register filings Process and maintain corporate records, shareholder resolutions and powers of attorney Coordinate the execution and archiving of legal documents Coordinate notarial processes related to corporate matters (such as commercial register filings and transparency register entries) and project transactions Manage filings and document preparation for commercial and transparency registers. Support the development team in securing land rights, in particular handling land registry filings (Grundbuchämter), coordinating withauthorities on building encumbrances (Baulasten) and liaising with cadastral offices regarding land ownership documentation Liaise with notaries, authorities and external advisors Assist with internal approvals, presentations, document preparation and legal summaries Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal, document management and contract management processes

Key Requirements Completed vocational training as Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Notarfachangestellte/r, or comparable qualification; alternatively a degree or ongoing studies in law or business law Initial experience in a law firm, notary office, corporate legal department or project environment is an advantage Experience with corporate housekeeping and registry filings is desirable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Structured and reliable working style Ability to work effectively in cross-functional international project teams Excellent written and spoken German and English
