About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator (m/f/x) to join our team in Berlin. As part of the Operations Team at DYM Resources, you will manage goods flows, develop new transportation routes, and ensure seamless execution of commercial transactions. If you have a passion for logistics, an eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex transportation networks, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your tasks

Your work here will include:

• Effectively managing containerized cargoes, including bulk shipments of base oils, and coordinating the seamless handling of road transportation for bulk oil products
• Identifying and developing innovative transportation routes, maintaining relationships with current clients and exploring new carrier collaborations
• Handling the reception and calculation of transportation rates from carriers and recording fundamental accounting for carrier services in the system
• Thoroughly managing shipment registers and essential documentation, resolving disputes linked to carrier fines through effective claim management
• Managing transactions concluded by traders, including issuing invoices and controlling payments

Your profile

Therefore, your expertise ideally includes:

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, customs operations, trade or similar fields
• 2+ years of experience as Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English, any other foreign language is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE and experience with 1C or a quick learning ability
• Strong understanding and application of international trade principles
