We’re Hiring: Site Logistics Coordinator – Wilster

Location: Wilster, Germany

Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Logistics Coordinator to join our HVDC project team. You will play a key role in managing the receipt, handling, storage, preservation, and maintenance of materials and equipment on site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to take ownership of on‑site operations and contribute directly to the success of large‑scale infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Material Deliveries: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment, identify material requirements, and track order progress.
• Manage On‑Site Logistics: Oversee receipt, storage, preservation, and maintenance of materials and equipment. Manage spare parts, unused, and scrap materials efficiently.
• Support Project Operations: Assess potential delivery delays and their impact on project schedules. Ensure high‑quality reporting and compliance with site procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to commute to site daily (driver’s license + personal vehicle ideally)
• Fluency in English (C1+) ; German (B2+) is preferred
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar coordination role
• Experience in construction site environments is a plus
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate deliveries and adapt quickly between office systems and on‑site activities
