Marketing Manager (SaaS product expertise)

Product Marketer (Full-Time)

Location: Munich (hybrid, on-site required)

Remote Policy: 2–4 home office days/week

Languages: German (C2) & English (C1)

Experience: 2+ years in a relevant marketing role

Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 gross/year

Bonus: ESOP and performance-based bonus possible

Contract: Permanent (open-ended)

Vacation: 24 days/year

⏳ Probation: 3 months

What You’ll Do

• Manage product marketing from start to finish (launch planning, execution)
• Turn complex product features into clear, appealing marketing messages
• Own and drive all marketing-related projects
• Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, slides, etc.)
• Coordinate with agencies, partners, and vendors
• Organise and support events (occasional travel)
• Execute campaigns: email, content, and account‑based marketing

Tools & Skills You Should Know

• Project management tools (e.g., Google Slides, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva)
• CRM & marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
• Campaign, vendor and event management
• Slide creation & sales support material
• Email and content marketing

Nice to Have

• Strong writing/copywriting skills
• Eye for design and UX
• Experience with website builders (e.g., WordPress)
• Funnel building, process documentation
• Data and reporting tools
