MBD Technical Specialist

to lead the development of control algorithms, simulations, and embedded software models. You will mentor engineers, define modelling standards, and ensure compliance with ISO 26262.

Marktoberdorf, Germany, hybrid 10–12 years experience English required, German a plus

What you will do Lead Model‑Based Development activities using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow Design, simulate, and validate control algorithms and software architecture models Review models, generated code, and guide MBD engineers technically Ensure modelling practices comply with ISO 26262 functional safety Lead model validation, code generation, and integration into real‑time embedded targets Coordinate with system and software teams for seamless deployment

What we are looking for 10–12 years of hands‑on experience in MBD for embedded/automotive systems Strong simulation and controls background Deep expertise in Simulink, Stateflow, code generation, and embedded integration Experience with model reviews, traceability, and functional safety Strong English skills; German is a bonus
