Netsuite ERP Specialist

An international company is building up their Netsuite Finance Systems and ERP team.

They are looking for a Netsuite Specialist with prior Netsuite experience e.g. as Key User, Administrator or SuperUser to join their team and focus on supporting and improving the Netsuite solution.

Working across a range of modules including Financials, R2R, P2P, O2C areas, this role will provide both end user support and work on projects to improve the system. Working as the bridge between Business stakeholders and IT, you will gather requirements and translate to Netsuite configuration to improve processes and optimise the system.

Your Responsibilities:

• Netsuite support and improvement projects - Business Analysis, Requirements gathering, Netsuite configuration and improvement projects
• Implement new modules, troubleshoot issues work on system enhancements
• Identify best-practice solutions in Netsuite and lead projects to enhance the solution, rollout new functionality and drive automation
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Sales to identify needs and configure and implement system and process improvements
• Netsuite Administration, End-User support and training

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience using Netsuite ERP, ideally as Key User, Netsuite Administrator, Superuser or similar with interest in building up Netsuite ERP skills
• Good understanding of business processes e.g. Finance, Accounting, Controllling or operational areas such as Supply Chain (SCM), Warehousing WMS or Inventory
• Prior experience supporting and improving Financial systems or ERP systems highly desirable
• Strong Communication skills in English and German essential
