About Caps & Collars GmbH

Caps & Collars is a German innovation boutique, venture studio and ecosystem builder. Caps & Collars aims to work with established companies as well as the public sector to develop and test the latest valid technological approaches in a protected space, integrate them into existing processes and structures, establish them and scale them beyond organizational boundaries in order to generate a relevant competitive advantage at an early stage. Caps & Collars offers different ways of collaboration. We start as a sparring partner, advisor or simply as a caretaker and work out the right strategy for an idea, a product or a project at an early stage. In the further course, Caps & Collars helps with the integration and establishment of processes in the context of convergence, implementation, roll‑out, continuation and scaling.

Caps & Collars GmbH is looking for a fluent English speaking intern with strong communication skills and a strong affinity for event and office management with service and catering experience to join our team for a period of 12 months. As an intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of professionals and gain valuable experience in the German corporate world. Specifically we are seeking an observant and diligent Office Management Intern to ensure our coworking space not only runs smoothly but also provides a great experience for our employees.

• Make sure the co‑working space is clean and fully equipped (restock missing items).
• You are the face of our co‑working space and you will be responsible for facility related inquiries.
