The Banking & Compliance team at Shine Over the next year, we will build a best-in-class banking operations unit from the ground up, automating reporting cycles, eliminating noise, and delivering sharp, forward-looking insights to drive growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape not just a function, but a high-performing team culture that consistently delivers and exceeds top-line targets.
Your role as an Onboarding Operations Team Lead (Banking) We are looking for a leader who views operational excellence as the baseline, not the goal. You will own the end-to-end account opening process for a diverse portfolio of business clients—from sole proprietors and independent professionals to complex multi-shareholder structures. You will challenge how things are done, identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or reimagine processes, and drive implementation.
You'll join at a pivotal moment as we scale into new international markets and raise the bar on onboarding capabilities. This requires navigating regulatory complexity with confidence and understanding risk well enough to make smart, decisive calls.
You will lead a seasoned remote team, which requires clear communication, ability to bring people along, and the presence to influence stakeholders beyond your immediate team. If you’re energized by building, automating, and pushing boundaries while keeping compliance and quality intact, this is the role for you.
Job located in France (preferably) and/or Germany, with the possibility of two remote working days per week.
