Job Description

Position Summary

The Onsite Operations Specialist supports the daily execution of DFAC operations by ensuring smooth coordination of food service activities,logistics, administrative processes, and compliance standards. The role provides operational, logistical, and workforce support tomaintainefficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily DFAC operational activities and workflow coordination
  
• Assistwith staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce administration
  
• Monitor food service areas to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
  
• Coordinate deliveries, inventory control, and supply management
  
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and records
  
• Assistwith inspections, audits, and quality checks
  
• Serve as point of contact for onsite operational issues and escalat when necessary
  
• Support onboarding and training ofnew staff
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and contractual standards
  
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the DFAC Manager
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business , Hospitality, Logistics, or related field
  
• 2+ years of operations,logistics, or site support experience preferred
  
• Experience in food service or government projects is an advantage
  
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
  
• Strong organizational skills
  
• Good communication and teamwork
  
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
