Unlimited Biking is a leading bike tour and rental company in the U.S. and in Europe. We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on Operations Manager to lead our Berlin location and help deliver exceptional experiences to every rider who walks through our door.

What You’ll Do
As the Berlin Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth, efficient, and customer‑centric running of all city operations. You will:
Lead Daily Operations
- Oversee day‑to‑day shop and tour operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Berlin‑specific needs and challenges
Ensure compliance with German regulations, safety standards, and company policies - Maintain high‑quality service standards aligned with Unlimited Biking’s mission
Build & Manage a High‑Performing Team
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage tour guides and shop staff
- Delegate effectively and foster staff development through coaching and up‑skilling
- Collaborate closely with fellow Operations Managers, contributing to meetings, pilots, and working groups
Drive Efficiency & Profitability
- Schedule tours and staff to maximise operational coverage and booking potential
- Track attendance, incentives, and performance metrics
- Optimise workflows, resource use, and overall operational efficiency
- Oversee local financial processes including invoices, banking, payroll, and cash flow
Ensure Superior Customer Experience
- Maintain excellent customer service across all touchpoints
- Respond to customer reviews and complaints as needed
- Support marketing initiatives and local promotions
- Manage local partnerships, concierge relationships, and outreach programmes
Oversee Systems, Inventory & Facilities
- Manage inventory including equipment, ticketing, and merchandise
- Maintain the local office — signage, cleanliness, compliance, equipment, and software
- Use operational systems confidently (HUB, POS, etc.)
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and submitted to global finance and relevant departments

- Experience in operations, tourism, hospitality, retail, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
