People & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) in part time

For our Munich office, we are looking for a People & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) on a part‑time basis.

Responsibilities

Create and publish job postings, screen applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, and ensure clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, together with the team.
Keep our HR information system (Personio) accurate and up to date at all times.
Support the organization of team events and training sessions.
Contribute to improving communication and transparency across the organization and help guide our team through the transition into the scale‑up phase.
Help foster and maintain a company culture built on shared values and principles.
Take on general administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements

Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Work professionally, discreetly, and proactively.
Ideally have experience working in complex, innovation‑driven environments such as deep tech or research‑based companies.
