Production Support Specialist

For our businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are therefore looking for an employee for data entry & claims assistance in full time.

Your role:

• You will be responsible for capturing data from documents and entering it into our IT systems as well as data maintenance. This requires accuracy and conscientiousness while working quickly.
• You will be responsible for various customer portals for downloading assignments and uploading work results.
• You record customer requests or questions by telephone and solve them.
• Various assistant tasks await you to add variety to your daily work.
