They support developers, investors, and end-users in sectors including commercial, retail, hospitality, leisure, and industry. With ongoing projects in Germany and abroad, the company is expanding its team and now seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Berlin office.

About this Opportunity

We are recruiting a Project Manager (m/f/d) to independently oversee a diverse range of construction and fit-out projects in Germany. This role is suited to a high-intermediate or senior professional who can start contributing immediately and manage projects through all phases—from initial setup to handover. The position involves direct collaboration with national and international stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate new-build, interior fit-out, and industrial/leisure construction projects.
• Lead projects independently, maintaining smooth communication with all stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including developers and investors.
• Oversee all project stages, from planning and setup to execution and handover.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related construction discipline.
• 5–6 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the consulting/construction sector.
• Experience managing small and medium-sized projects across multiple sectors (industry, leisure, commercial, etc.).
• Native or near-native German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Independent, structured, and collaborative working style.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision while coordinating with project directors as needed.
• Experience in 1-9 stages.
