To strengthen our delivery team, we are looking for an experienced project manager who will reliably orchestrate our customer and product projects from the initial idea to go-live.

Your tasks

• Planning, controlling, and completing parallel e-commerce projects
• Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing project plans and roadmaps (Gantt charts, Jira Advanced Roadmaps)
• Moderation of all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily, review, retro) and ensuring project transparency
• Proactive stakeholder and risk management including reporting to customer and management levels
• Budget, time, and quality controlling (burndown charts, earned value, NPS)
• Continuous process improvement in close collaboration with development, UX, and sales
• Coaching the project team in best practices for project and program management

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a project or program manager in agencies, SaaS or e-commerce environments
• Solid knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Gantt tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Strong handling of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM methods (Waterfall, Prince2)
• Excellent communication and moderation skills (German C1, English B2)
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or PSM/PSPO I are advantageous or you wish to attain them with us
• Solution-oriented mindset, high initiative, and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
