Roles and Responsibilities

• Grows regional business and manages Client relationship from Practice
  • Understands client pain areas and challenges, engages with them and builds opportunity pipeline in sync with KPIT offerings
  • Takes these pipeline opportunities to win, working closely with other SMEs in Practice and Sales Team.
  • Collaborates with Sales team to achieveAccount penetration/ business growth
  • Manages clientexpectations for delivery programs
  • Seeks client feedback by creating various reviewforums and strives to achieve Customer Delight (high CSAT)
• Manages delivery teams for Client Accounts/ Programs within the Geographic region - Quality, Schedule and Cost goals
  • Provides leadership to the regional team of operations people, development, support staff on direct day to day activities
  • Provides feedback, manages performance, and establishessuccession planning
  • Develops and directs the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards where applicable for the assigned program
  • Drives the selection, training, professional development and work evaluation of team members
  • Monitors and directs or performs day-to-day operations of the assigned programsto ensurethat policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and that projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborates with university departments, programs, projects, and/or community organizations to consolidate resources and enhance programs
• Manages Practice Budget for the region
  • Assists in Developing and monitoring the programs'budget; oversees financial well-being of the programs by analyzing cost effectiveness and exercising cost controls.
  • Prepares, submits and justifies budget enhancement requests to the UnitHead for starting up new service offerings.

Required Experience

• 18+ years overall experience, with 6+ years’ experience in full lifecycle Automotive Programs delivery
• Knowledge of cockpit systems and software
