Step into a key role where you will collaborate with multiple teams and play an integral part in shaping and driving Novonesis' strategic goals.

Welcome to the Microbes Europe Production Team We are committed to advancing operational excellence and fostering innovation within our manufacturing processes.

As a Regional Excellence Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Microbes Europe, regional management teams, VP functions, and local excellence partners at sites. Together, we aim to align global strategies, enhance performance, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Work with the regional management team to create a future state vision to guide breakthrough target setting.
• Build and sustain together with the regional management team, a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Coordinate and support strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) on a regional level.
• Work with local Lean Specialists to support Lean transformation by demonstrating Lean leadership thinking and behaviours while driving prioritized business improvement activities and developing organizational Lean capabilities.
• Maintain global alignment of Lean standards (principles, systems, and tools) through coordination with other regional excellence partners and our global team.
• Ensure regular communication of shared learnings for inspiration across regions related to specific improvement activities, as well as the overall Lean transformation.
• Together with the regional management team, drive prioritized complex problem solving and improvement activities.
• Facilitate regular reflection and actions by the VP and site management teams to drive overall Lean maturity.

To Succeed You Must Have

• An academic background and preferably Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification.
• Extensive experience in operational excellence with demonstrated use of Lean principles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and challenge senior leadership on Lean principles and related areas.
• Strong workshop facilitator and ability to communicate with influence.
• Ability to manage an improvement portfolio of activities and projects across the region.
• Availability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
• Ability to speak English.
