Sales Analyst - Planning & Performance Team (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets
• Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
• Own sales forecasting and reporting end‑to‑end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results
• Deliver concise, decision‑ready insights to stakeholders; expedite blockers and push corrective actions fast
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing

Qualifications

• First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast‑paced international scale‑up environment
• SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets; CRM experience is a plus
• Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus
