Residence in Germany required A well-established European SaaS vendor with strong recurring revenues and a loyal customer base is seeking an experienced Sales Director to further strengthen its commercial organization in the DACH region. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys building structure, coaching teams, and driving predictable revenue in a Mid-Market SaaS environment. ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and scale the Sales team (AEs & SDRs) with a clear focus on the Mid-MarketBuild and refine forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance processesCoach, mentor, and elevate sales talent to create a consistent, high-performing team cultureEnsure predictable revenue outcomes through clear prioritization, deal qualification, and disciplined sales managementWork closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize the overall Go-to-Market executionStrengthen outbound activities and enhance existing playbooks to improve pipeline generation RequirementsMinimum 4 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS salesProven experience in Mid-Market SaaS environments (no enterprise-only profiles)Experience in fast-growing Scale-up environments (Series A–C) is highly welcomeStrong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and building repeatable sales processesDemonstrated success in scaling or transforming SaaS sales teamsVery strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisionsHands-on, execution-oriented leadership style with strong coaching capabilitiesExcellent communication skillsFluency in both German and EnglishResidence in Germany is mandatory What’s OfferedAttractive compensation package with OTE up to €200,000Opportunity to shape the next phase of growth within an established SaaS environmentHigh degree of ownership and influence within a scaling commercial organizationA strong product foundation and growing demand in the market Interested?If you are an experienced SaaS sales leader who thrives in hands-on environments and enjoys building, coaching, and driving predictable results, we welcome your application.
