We are partnered with a global leader in Event-Driven Architecture looking to expand their team with a high-energy Sales Director to spearhead new business acquisition across Germany. This is a role for a "hunter" who understands the nuances of complex, consultative middleware sales.

This opportunity is ideally based on hybrid basis out of Frankfurt; potential for remote work can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities for this Sales Director position:

• Identify and secure new high-value accounts while expanding the footprint within an existing portfolio of world-class brands.
• Position the platform as the critical enabler for modern AI workloads, demonstrating how real-time data movement is essential for intelligent agent responsiveness.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial prospecting and pipeline building to executive-level negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute territory plans that maximize market share, revenue attainment, and client "wallet share."
• Build deep, symbiotic relationships with Pre-Sales Engineers and technical stakeholders to architect winning solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Deep familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC processes for navigating complex enterprise cycles.
• A proven track record (5+ years) selling Middleware, Integration, or SaaS infrastructure solutions.
• Exceptional ability to cultivate "trusted advisor" status with both technical practitioners and C-suite executives.
• A self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment but enjoys the high-stakes collaboration of a team-based win.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to engage with clients across the region.
