SALES EXECUTIVE • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS | Teltonika

Join our newly formed local German sales team operating out of our new office in Munich. We seek to expand our already significant German market traction by growing our existing customer base and attracting new clients and channels into this market.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika Networks and its products with solutions.
  • Build and maintain a CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Confident B2B sales presence in Germany’s market.
  • Having strong connections in a relevant industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong, professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent German and English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • A consultative approach to doing business, understanding the clients’ needs and pain points, and showing how our solution will resolve both.
  • Full German driving license.
