Job Description

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the field of time-critical logistics, particularly focusing on onboard courier shipments.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, aiming for long-term partnerships.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Service, and Management to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Market Presence & Networking: Represent the company at industry trade fairs, networking events, and client meetings. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and develop new opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of the OBC / handcarry market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a hands-on mentality.
• Existing industry network is a big advantage
