Sales Representative – German Speaker (Hybrid | Sofia)

We are looking for a Sales Representative with fluent German and English to join a high-performing commercial team focused on driving customer growth, retention, and long-term value. Your Mission

In this role, you will:

  • Own and achieve your revenue targets by selling and renewing products/services within your assigned territory
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and account growth
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure fast, successful product adoption
  • Help clients unlock full product value, improving usage behaviors and accelerating time-to-value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Act as a trusted partner for customers, building long-term, high-quality relationships

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is both commercially driven and customer-obsessed:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2+), written and spoken
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets / quotas
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner with strong analytical and data handling skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with structure and efficiency
  • Team player with a strong customer-first mindset
