Your Role:Shape the digital future of HR processes: You show our customers how they can efficiently map and further develop their processes in SAP HCM.Your task is the conceptual preparation and operational implementation of consulting projects in SAP HCM.You will support the SAP HCM applications, contribute ideas for further development and support the conversion to SAP SuccessFactors.You will develop your interdisciplinary skills and contribute your own ideas and interests.You will also maintain existing relationships with customers and build new ones. To qualify and excel you will need:You have several years of professional experience in the design and implementation or support of SAP HCM solutions, particularly in the PY, PT or ESS/MSS modules.You have in-depth knowledge of HR processes and have ideally also gained experience with hybrid SAP HR system landscapes.Ideally, you have experience in (partial) project management.You are willing to share your knowledge both internally and externally with our customers and actively pass it on.You must be fluent in German and English.
