Second Line IT Support Engineer

A growing organization is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team. Key Skills

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Strong knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
  • Respond promptly to support requests within agreed timeframes
  • Manage multiple open cases efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Test and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation
