Responsibilities

Conduction of consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech)

Support the top management of our clients in the design and implementation of corporate strategies, digital transformation and process optimization

Support in the acquisition and the development of innovative consultancy projects

Development of external ecosystem as well as developing strategy papers

Requirements

College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree program

Professional experience in strategy consultancy or in an healthcare organization

Strong T-profile, broad in the industry and deep in some functional topics such as operations, supply chain, product strategy, strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, etc.

High interest in new trends and technologies

Superb analytical skills and strategic thinking

Strong focus on clients and results

Structured and professional approach to work

Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality

Very good German and English

High willingness for domestic and international travel
