Responsibilities Assist the sales team in resolving technical issues during the sales process, driving Design in and Design Win initiatives Build trust with client R&D teams, stay updated on project progress and potential requirements, and collaborate with our sales team to establish and maintain relationships with key client personnels Conduct in-depth analysis of complex technical challenges (e.g., stability issues) encountered by clients, coordinate internal resources, and ensure issue closure Understand and gather client needs, jointly develop market strategies with sales, and provide market intelligence for chip definition and R&D

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronics or microelectronics At least 3 years of experience in Analog disciplines applicable to our customer's end equipment spaces such as BMS, Automotive, Wireless charger，AC to DC/ DC to DC power designs Experience with the design analysis and debugging of related circuits or sub-systems in automotive and industrial applications Proficient in the operational principles of ACDC/DCDC and charging management systems, with expertise in power component applications and a solid grasp of circuit theory Capable of analyzing and debugging power circuits, and skilled in quickly identifying circuit faults
