Your Mission

As (Senior) Financial Analyst - FP&A, you will be a critical part of the finance team, providing deep financial insights, building best-in-class models, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making. You will report to the Head of FP&A and collaborate with the CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, Accounting, Data, and other teams. You will contribute to scalable systems and processes as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Performance Management: Lead and support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles across Revenue, Margin, OPEX, and Cash; monitor actuals vs budget and identify drivers; support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Analysis & Decision Support: Build and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses; analyze unit economics and subscription KPIs (e.g., CLV, CAC, churn); translate data into actionable insights
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders; contribute to investor-grade presentations; provide insights into P&L, cash flow, and operational KPIs
• Process & Tool Improvement: Drive automation and digitization of FP&A processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and commercial alignment

What You Bring

• Experience and education: 3-5 years in Consulting (Big Four or strategy), Investment Banking, FP&A in PE/VC-backed environments or blue-chip firms; university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• Technical skills: Solid understanding of financial statements; strong financial modeling and scenario/cohort analyses; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools; exposure to subscription-based or SaaS businesses is a plus; experience with FP&A tools (EPM) is a plus
• Language and soft skills: Proficiency in English and German; structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven; clear and confident communication with stakeholders; proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; eager to contribute to a top-tier PE-level FP&A function
