Senior Manager Procurement, Teamlead Contract Manufacturing and Traded Goods (d/f/m)

What you’ll do

Lead the strategic sourcing in the given area of responsibility with a spend around 180 M€.

Define a regional procurement strategy with clear supplier segmentation.

Set KPIs and objectives on all short, mid and long term financial targets.

Continuously challenge current end-to-end (E2E) value chain while also simulating alternatives.

Provide access to supplier innovation for all Business Categories to benefit from early involvement.

Interact with BU counterparts on given sourcing projects and drive digitalization enhancements.

Develop and manage the regional team of buyers.

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Chemics
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience ideally in procurement, supply chain or any fast-paced project related environment
• E2E business understanding to steer stakeholders across functions and external partners
• Interest to work in a very international team, present an open mindset and the desire to make an impact
• Fluent language skills in English, German is a big plus
