Your Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the Regional Supplier Quality Management Team, partnering with category management to qualify new suppliers, conduct audits, and drive supplier development.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple sites and functions, collaborating closely with Category Management and supporting new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Ensure adherence to all external and company standards, rules, and guidelines, and set standards for the functional area.
• Drive continuous process optimization in collaboration with the Global Process Owner and initiate activities within the unit.
• Recruit, lead, manage, and develop colleagues to maximize performance and benefit both the company and the team.
• Serve as point of contact and subject‑matter expert for facility audits by external agencies (e.g., FDA, ISO/MDSAP) to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Qualification

• At least a Bachelor of Science in medical, engineering, or scientific discipline.
• Experience in a global medical device manufacturer or the automotive, aerospace, or pharma industry; knowledge of medical device regulations is a plus.
• Strong background in Supplier Quality Management.
• First technical leadership experience required; experience leading global change initiatives and integrations across multi‑site, multi‑product businesses beneficial.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to work in a global organization with national and international travel.
