Senior Qualitative Risk Manager – 28319

Responsibilities

1. Conduct risk assessments (including reserving, credit, market price, liquidity, and operational risks).
2. Further develop the company’s Risk Management strategy.
3. Develop technical requirements for data management regarding systematization and recording in collaboration with underwriting.
4. Be accountable for the Risk Management Framework within the European business.
5. Implement and oversee the Exposure Management Framework.

Qualifications

1. Successfully completed studies in (business) mathematics, physics, or a similar field.
2. Ideally hold FIA or DAV designation.
3. Proficient in German and English at a business fluent level.
4. Relevant professional experience in an international insurance or reinsurance company, consulting firm, brokerage house, or bank.
5. Proven background in Solvency II (Pillars I-III).
6. High degree of IT affinity, with experience in handling databases and SQL knowledge.
