As Senior Sales Manager Global, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a customer group or market. You should have extensive experience in international sales and take a leading role in developing and implementing sales strategies. Your focus will be on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will actively shape the company's future and contribute significantly to the success of our sales department!

Your Tasks

• Develop and implement account strategies and manage a customer group or market.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends and competitive activities.
• Conduct offer and contract negotiations and coordinate the acquisition process strategically and operationally.
• Create sales reports and forecasts, ensuring data quality in the CRM.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to expand your network.

Necessary Knowledge

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• High initiative, results orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Language skills: English at least at level B2; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Desired Knowledge

• Very good understanding of automotive value chains.
• Affinity for business models in a digital context.
• Confident handling of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a data-driven approach to managing sales processes.
• Ability to work in international teams and support customers in different cultural contexts (intercultural competence).
