We’re working with a profitable, consumer subscription-based tech scaleup (YC-backed) that’s grown to over 400 people globally. Originally focused on a niche product, they’ve since expanded into becoming a full subscription-based platform – and design sits at the heart of that journey.

About the Role
They're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to take full ownership of their website and landing pages, which serve as their primary acquisition channel. You’ll design and optimize pages to improve conversion, engagement, and funnel performance, playing a key role in turning millions of visitors into users.

What You’ll Do

• Own the visual design of the website, landing pages, and product pages
• Design and optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on CRO and A/B testing
• Create SEO-friendly pages with attention to Core Web Vitals and structured data
• Maintain UI kits and design guidelines for brand consistency
• Adapt designs for international markets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver measurable results

First 12 Months

• Website Revamp: Lead a full redesign to improve consistency and conversion
• Continuous Optimization: Experiment on critical pages (homepage, product, landing)
• Pricing Launch: Design and deliver new pricing and packaging plans

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product or visual design, with at least 2 years in web acquisition, UX optimization, or CRO
• Strong visual design, branding, and marketing-driven design skills
• Portfolio showing measurable business impact
• Hands-on A/B testing and analytics experience

Other Info
This can be based 2 days a week in either of these offices in Berlin, Barcelona, Gdańsk, Kraków, or Warsaw
