Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:*** Abgeschlossenes technisch orientiertes Studium* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Bereich Qualität* Fähigkeit, ein Team zu leiten, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voranzutreiben und optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen* Berufserfahrung und nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement* Gute Kenntnisse der spezifischen Qualitätsanforderungen und Umsetzung der gängigen Q-Methoden* Erfahrungen in der Auditierung nach VDA 6.3/IATF 16949 (Zertifizierung als VDA 6.3 Auditor wünschenswert)* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine starke Zielorientierung, Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamorientierung* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift* Einsatzbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke## ## ****Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:****At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
