We are looking for an applicant for a permanent position to support our team in Berlin as soon as possible as a:

Technical Bid Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities | diverse & exciting

• You identify, analyze, and qualify relevant public tenders in the mobility and public transport (PT) environment and translate them into clear next steps.
• As the driver of the bid process, you coordinate the end-to-end tender response—from bid strategy to on-time, complete submission.
• You ensure formal, content, and procurement-law compliance while keeping all bid documents consistent, high-quality, and fully traceable.
• In close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering (hardware & software), and Customer Operations, you consolidate inputs and keep all stakeholders aligned.
• You build and maintain technical bid assets such as system descriptions, references, and standard answers, and continuously develop a central knowledge base for future tenders.

Good qualities | that you bring along

• You bring several years of experience in technical sales, product management, bid management, or a comparable role.
• You hold a completed technical or techno-economic degree (e.g., industrial engineering, transportation engineering, or similar).
• You are negotiation-level fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• You combine strong organizational and coordination skills with clear communication, a structured approach, and high attention to detail.
• You are willing to travel occasionally for business (e.g., trade fairs, customer meetings, user conferences), whether you work from the office or remotely.
