As a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) in our TBM Team, you will work primarily with customers who are transitioning from legacy or fragmented reporting and service management solutions (e.g. siloed BI tools, custom SQL-based reporting, or traditional service reporting platforms) to a centralized, KPI-driven service intelligence platform.

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-facing Technical Consultant(m/f/d) to support the successful adoption and implementation of klaricore, our next-generation platform for Service Reporting, Service Level Management, KPI calculation, and business reporting. The role focuses on technical delivery and customer enablement, with limited presales support. You will work with customers, the TBM team, and product engineering to implement klaricore based on service and reporting requirements.

  • Analyze and structure customer requirements for service reporting, KPIs, and service level management, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Configure and implement klaricore solutions, including SQL-based data models and KPI calculation logic (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
  • Design, build, and support REST API-based integrations and customer-specific extensions
  • Lead technical workshops, onboarding, and training, and advise customers on KPI and reporting best practices
  • Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams
  • Take ownership of customer projects, including technical delivery, product demonstrations, and high-level effort estimations
  • Very strong German language skills required for customer-facing activities and professional proficiency in English; residence in Germany is required
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational data modelling (Oracle / PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Experience with REST APIs and integration-based system architectures
  • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python preferred)
  • Ability to analyze, structure, and document technical and business requirements
  • Structured, analytical problem-solving skills with confident stakeholder communication
  • Flexible work model, including work from home
