Technical Solutions Manager-Automotive software

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Liaison

• Collaborate with the sales team to interface with customers, primarily engaging with their R&D and engineering departments. As such, you should be skilled in customer interactions or eager to develop this competency.

2. Needs Discovery

• Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and service offerings to uncover customers' latent needs. Since expressed requirements only represent part of the overall customer needs, we seek individuals interested in this type of exploratory work.

3. Requirements Analysis

• Once a customer expresses intent to proceed, they will issue an SOR (Statement of Requirements) package to sales. Upon receiving the SOR, you will assess the requirements to determine feasibility. If the project is viable, you will coordinate with the internal R&D team to analyze the SOR, respond to Q&A, and—after alignment—collaborate with R&D to develop a proposal.

4. Internal Quotation

• Consolidate quotations from internal teams into a comprehensive customer quotation list and provide it to the sales department.

5. Risk Tracking

• Regularly monitor risks associated with signed projects and implement risk control measures.

6. Market Activities

• Participate in market conferences related to automotive cockpits, and compile analysis reports on the cockpit market.

Currently 100% home office, in the future, 1-2 days home office/week (work location: Frankfurt or Munich).
