In this role, you will review and update existing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance, while contributing fresh ideas. You will also focus on creating user-friendly documentation, structuring digital learning materials, and ensuring that knowledge is accessible and actively used.

What you'll do

At PRISMA, you will play an important role in making complex information clear, accessible, and engaging for a wide range of audiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Documentation Creation: Write and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, product manuals, and FAQs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to gather detailed technical information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Simplifying Complex Concepts: Translate complex technical processes into easy-to-understand language for a wide range of audiences, including non-technical users.
• Content Updates: Regularly update and maintain documentation to reflect new features, product updates, and system changes.
• Knowledge base Management: Structure and continuously improve the customer-facing knowledge base, and ensure the effectiveness of its content
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all documentation is consistent, accurate, and aligned with PRISMA’s standards and voice.
• User Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users and internal teams to improve documentation clarity and usability.
• E-Learning: Conceptualization, development, and management of digital courses in the LMS, as well as related digital learning materials.

What we expect

As a Technical Writer & Digital Learning Developer, you’re expected to have:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative thinking and ability to collaborate on complex projects.
• Experience working with development teams and understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Git, or Markdown.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English (German or other European languages are a plus).
