Mission & Responsibilities

  • Therapy‑Leadership: Drive the adoption of modern EP therapies and strategically develop existing programs.
  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct hands‑on training for physicians and teams in the EP lab.
  • Network & Influence: Build strong peer‑to‑peer networks and develop regional centers of excellence.
  • Business & Strategy: Manage accounts, initiate growth strategies, and collaborate closely with regional sales teams.
  • Patient Focus: Sustainably improve clinical outcomes through targeted training.

Profile

  • Multiple years of experience in electrophysiology / MedTech with EP focus.
  • Strong collaboration with electrophysiologists.
  • Excellent clinical expertise paired with a business mindset.
  • Poised presentation style, training strength, and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer.
  • Independent, strategic, assertive, yet team‑oriented.
  • Travel readiness (80%).

Compensation

Annual gross salary between EUR 66,500.00 and EUR 107,065.00 (excluding variable component), plus an attractive commission model and company car.
