Warehouse Coordinator - Inventory & Logistics (m/f/d)

Job description

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator – Inventory & Logistics (m/f/d) to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and traceability of all materials, components, and flight hardware across our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring that all parts are available, properly documented, and delivered on time to support production, testing, and launch preparation. You will work at the interface of engineering, procurement, and production, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of our space systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure full traceability of all components and materials.
• Ensure timely material availability for production, integration, and test activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage areas.
• Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentation.
• Handle sensitive, high‑value, or space‑grade hardware in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Organize and optimise warehouse layout, storage systems, and material flow.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling procedures for all items.

Profile required

• Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory tracking, warehouse processes, and material handling.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high‑precision industries.
• Forklift license.
• Experience working in a startup or scaling environment.
