Windows System Administrator/
IT Specialist (m/f/d)
2nd Level

YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

• Completed IT training (IT specialist for system integration or comparable training)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (client & server)
• Extensive experience in Windows administration (AD, Azure)
• Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Desktop / Windows Remote Desktop administration
• Basic knowledge and experience with O365, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Experience with ticket systems and ticket handling
• Routine customer support experience in complex IT environments

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Second level support:
  • Implementation of standard services in the area of user management and IT services
  • Qualification, classification, analysis, and resolution of IT malfunctions and tickets
  • Identification of recurring malfunctions/problems and preparation for transfer to a change process
  • Finding solutions or workarounds within binding deadlines
• Creating procedural instructions, knowledge base articles, and user documentation
• Sharing knowledge within the team

ADVANTAGES:

• Experience with PowerShell and Exchange Shell
• Knowledge of software distribution
• Experience with RHEL
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
