Working Student or Bachelor Thesis Student – Value Stream Analysis, Simulation & Lean‑Based Production Optimization

At BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, we continuously develop our production processes to ensure efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Together with Lean Operations, you will have the opportunity to actively shape a key project in value stream optimization – from current-state analysis to a simulated future-state design.You will support the systematic recording, analysis, and improvement of production value streams at our Tiengen site. The focus is on a complete transformation cycle, from Lean-based current-state assessment to simulated and piloted future-state design.

• Development of a value stream-oriented current state (Lean)
• Creation of digital models & simulations
• Design of an optimized future-state value stream & pilot line

• Studies in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Interest in Lean Management, material flow, digitalization, and process optimization
• Initial experience with value stream analysis, simulation, or data analysis is an advantage
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Python, or simulation software is desirable
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and enthusiasm for practical work in a production environment
