100% Remote Tax Senior | Independent Boutique CPA Firm

Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Compensation: Up to $105k base salary

Requirements: 1-3 years of public accounting tax experience | CPA Candidate/Eligible or Active CPA

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and review tax returns across a diverse client base (partnerships, corporations, individuals, trusts, and estates).
• As you grow, your engagements will become more complex and your autonomy will increase.
• Supervise and train staff accountants, serve as a client liaison, and identify planning opportunities proactively.
• Participate in business development efforts alongside partners and senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong foundation in individual, partnership, corporate, and trust taxation.
• CPA license or CPA Candidate (or eligible & actively studying).
• Exposure to HNW or trust and estate work is a plus.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
