Tax Senior | Independent CPA Firm | 100% Remote

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: Up to $120,000 base + sign-on bonus available

What You Will Be Doing

• You will prepare and review tax returns across a diverse client base — partnerships, corporations, individuals, trusts, and estates.
• As you grow, your engagements will become more complex and your autonomy will increase.
• You will supervise and train staff accountants, serve as a client liaison on active engagements, and identify planning opportunities and issues proactively.
• You will also participate in business development efforts alongside partners and senior leadership — learning what it actually takes to build and maintain client relationships at this level.

What We Are Looking For

• You have 3-4+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong foundation in individual, partnership, corporate, and trust taxation.
• You hold a CPA license or are actively working toward it.
• Exposure to HNW or trust and estate work is a plus.
• You are self-directed, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
