Founded in Berlin, autarc is a 55 person start-up which graduated from Y Combinator in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with plans to expand into the Italy market where we are looking to hire out a new team.

Role description

As an Account Executive (m/f/d), you’ll sell our AI-powered end-to-end software to companies in the renewable energy sector.

Location: Berlin, Invalidenstraße

• You’ll sell our innovative SaaS software solution to owners of heating and PV companies, enabling them to streamline their planning, sales, and installation processes
• You’ll explain our product to them during a software demo, identify their needs, and match them with the solutions our software offers
• You’ll independently manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact through the sales pitch to account activation and billing
• You’ll maintain our CRM system independently and conscientiously, and keep all current leads up to date until closing
• You’ll be responsible for meeting KPIs, generating reports, and ensuring that we achieve our sales goals
• You’ll work closely with the founding team

Requirements

• You already have experience selling products that require explanation in a B2B environment, in technical sales, or in the sale of software products
• You have a "hunter" mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills
• You are well-organized, enjoy planning ahead, proactively contribute new ideas, and drive progress independently
• You are a natural communicator and can steer conversations so that they lead to the outcome you desire
• You have an interest in the energy/heating market or are eager to learn more in this field
• You are fluent in spoken and written Italian
