Purpose

The role is responsible for the coordination of client's global 360 campaigns and projects and supervising an Account and Project Management Team. The profile would also be the main point of contact for the German Market as part of our Centralization HUB. It involves communicating clearly all the aspects of each campaign to all those involved and understanding both client's and agency's needs and objectives and liaising closely with them daily throughout projects.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements; be the main point of contact for clients and build a trusting relationship with them.
  • Presenting and negotiating (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and ensuring their correct implementation in the different markets.
  • Working with all agency departments to ensure all projects are correctly developed.
  • Ensuring the correct implication of both client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client and suppliers at all stages.
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with project plans.
  • Delivery of the media plans for Germany.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 6 years in an advertising agency.
  • Experience in managing 360 advertising campaigns and social media management.
  • Previous experience managing/mentoring others.
  • Must be able to function independently and still work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, Adobe Workfront.
  • High level of English.
  • Car brand experience is a plus.
