• Administrative support for office management
• Close cooperation with our administrative office regarding office supplies (including obtaining approvals)
• Processing and filing of invoices as well as system postings
• Support in the invoice approval process, including invoice verification

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk or similar)
• First professional experience in accounting (accounts payable/receivable)
• Initial experience in office assistance/office management is an advantage
• Independent, well-structured and proactive working style
• High level of commitment and reliability
• Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in German, English and Korean
