Accounting Manager – Corporate Overhead & Close

Responsibilities

• Own the full monthly close for the corporate overhead and HoldCo entity.
• Prepare and post all journal entries related to corporate overhead.
• Ensure all overhead entries are properly allocated or charged to the appropriate operating entities.
• Own intercompany accounting across three streams: trade, debt, and shared expenses.
• Own accounting for payroll costs within the corporate overhead entity.
• Own the accounting for all corporate debt instruments.
• Support the consolidation process in OneStream.

Qualifications

• CPA required or actively pursuing.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or corporate environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge – intercompany, consolidation, debt accounting, and expense management.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience supporting or operating in a public company environment is beneficial.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple close deadlines simultaneously.
