Accounts Payable Accountant (Fully Remote)

• Own end-to-end AP processing in NetSuite and Ramp, including invoice intake, GL coding, approval routing, and payment execution.
• Lead month-end close for AP accounts, prepaids, and accruals with clean documentation.
• Manage vendor communications, corporate card reconciliations in Brex, and drive automation improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience, ideally in high-growth startup.
• Hands-on NetSuite and Ramp experience required; Brex familiarity a plus.
• Solid GAAP knowledge, detail-oriented, able to manage high volume and competing deadlines.
