AI Business Data Analyst Associate

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Work with SMEs and leads to identify opportunities for automation and AI‑assisted improvements.
• Break down complex processes into structured, logical steps that can be leveraged by other team members.
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured inputs for AI‑enabled tools and workflows.
• Support development of context frameworks used by AI systems.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Support data preparation and structuring for AI use cases.
• Can travel up to 10% to Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science / Associates Degree/ High School Degree.
• Related experience: 2 years of relevant experience for BA/BS or Associates, 4 years for High School Degree.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills with a creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with other program members and stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI systems, how they work, and how to optimize generative AI responses.
• Comfort with iterative experimentation and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
